As part of a large CEC modernisation programme taking place, facilities at Crewe and Holmes Chapel were the first of the 15 sites to undergo transformation. Crewe Lifestyle Centre combined several existing and services across the area, as well as children’s services, adult day care services, the library and workspace for council employees, all under one roof. The development under Everybody has also allowed for a café facility to be introduced at the site, introducing additional forms of revenue and creating jobs for five more individuals.

The Samlesbury Hotel is a high-quality 4-star hotel based near Preston, in Lancashire. The state of the art SODI 200cc Karts are suitable for ages 15 and up and the smaller 125cc cadets Karts are available for children aged 8-15.
Customers can arrive and drive with groups of 8 or less or come in groups of 8 or more for Iron Man endurance races, corporate packages, grand prix style events and go-karting leagues and championships. To make this whole indoor centre possible they needed to raise the funds for all the equipment.

Your children will be able to bounce on trampolines, go down slides, climb walls, enter a spooky tunnel and try a ‘”in the air” football pitch and specialist weekly classes.

Wanting to provide even more entertainment for your children, they decided to create ‘Lazer Land’ as part of a mezzanine floor expansion. This new lazer tag game is an expensive project to undertake and they decided financing is the best option and didn’t want to use the banks.

For the past four years Bikram Yoga has been helping the people of Bristol improve their posture and general well-being. Carl and Georgia Gray set up the studio after discovering Hot Yoga healed their sports injuries and made them feel a lot fitter. Georgina then traveled to the USA to become a Bikram teacher in 2007.

For those who don’t know Bikram yoga is a strong cardiovascular workout developed by Bikram Choudhury that involves 26 postures that must be carried out in a special heated room.

For the past 10 years former England national representative Mat Handley and his team have been running and operating Halifax Sport Karate, providing martial arts classes from a purpose built studio in Halifax.

The classes are on offer for beginners up to the most advanced Karateka. They even offer Halifax’s very own style of Karate called Bushido Ryu, which is a mix of Karate, jujitsu and Thai Boxing.

Cyclone Fitness Studio is a gym with a difference. The Fitness Centre, based in Bedwas Caerphilly, specialises in using cycling machines for personal fitness and group training.

The 4 instructor team headed up by Trevor Robbins and Ryan Sollis have a combined age of over 68 years of experience and even with a fleet of 16 top of the range Matrix bikes the customer demand was very high and all their classes full. They needed to improve their facilities and get more of these cyclone bikes to meet up to customer demand.

David Tamplin is no stranger to running a successful tanning business. In 2000, he set up TPSS Ltd (Tamplins Professional Sunbed Studios) and had two salons in the Hove Brighton area. However after twelve years, he was faced with the decision to either invest heavily and update the sunbeds, as they were starting to look tired, or sell the shops and have a look at doing something different.

He decided to choose the latter, and over the last couple of years has spent his time mainly investing in converting a property in Brighton into a multiple student occupancy building. The property was then let to local students in September.
