Operations Director, Dave Sanders, and General Manager, Craig Worley, began working with Pride Gymnasium in 2013 to apply experience gained from their 25 years in the industry and drive the business forward to meet its full potential. The popular facility has undergone a huge £250K refurbishment in 2016, and now boasts one of the best-equipped gyms in North Hertfordshire!

Gym 64 boasts all the facilities of a top luxury health club, yet has a modest monthly membership fee starting at just £39 per month. Having first approached us five years ago for equipment finance for the Dunfermline site, we were thrilled when owners, Alan and Nindy Goodsir, and the team at Gym 64 returned to us for help financing their second site in Kirkcaldy.

Director of Evolution Strength, Jimmy Hayns, first stepped foot in the gym at the age of 16 and hasn’t looked back since. Realising a dream almost a decade old, he took the plunge and opened a strength and bodybuilding gym on Oswestry high street.

As part of a large CEC modernisation programme taking place, facilities at Crewe and Holmes Chapel were the first of the 15 sites to undergo transformation. Crewe Lifestyle Centre combined several existing and services across the area, as well as children’s services, adult day care services, the library and workspace for council employees, all under one roof. The development under Everybody has also allowed for a café facility to be introduced at the site, introducing additional forms of revenue and creating jobs for five more individuals.

The first glimpse of spring sunshine has got us excited for the summer ahead, and while we can hope that the weather gods are kind to us this year, the lucky ones amongst us will be jetting off to somewhere slightly more exotic. The rare British sun also brings the onset of pre-holiday panic, seeing a rise in the number of people investing in costly gym memberships in a last-minute bid to obtain their desired beach bodies.
The team at Life Leisure gyms see fitness as a long-term goal reached by implementing realistic lifestyle changes and setting achievable goals, rather than a quick fix that’s unlikely to satisfy you in the long term. As the biggest fitness provider in Stockport, Life Leisure offer members access to fitness classes, swimming and the latest gym equipment across all sites.

At Scunthorpe’s Elite Fitness, however, the team have been helping members blast through the winter blues and offset their fitness regimes with helpful guidance, a huge range of equipment and enough of a reason to keep returning!
