Downey’s was established in 2011, when the family opened their first shop in Seaham. The family-run business has expanded as a result of its success and now occupies more sites along the coastal seafront, with a second shop in Seaham and one in Roker, Sunderland. The original Seaham site recently underwent a significant expansion, and Director, Glen Downey, approached Johnson Reed for assistance with fit-out and frying range costs.

Owen approached Johnson Reed to explore leasing options for The Studio’s fitness equipment and various elements of the fit out, including weights, apparatus, furniture, changing room lockers, signage and neon lighting.

Dan Pennington and Ian Ambrose represent Century 21 across the Liverpool area. The duo have an invested and extensive knowledge of the area, having lived in the city all their lives. Their premises provide a base for their residential sales, lettings and commercial services.

Chilli Banana are a well-established and well-respected chain of Thai restaurants in the North West of England, with restaurants in Liverpool, Wilmslow, and Macclesfield and are known for their excellent Thai food and customer service.

Their 75-cover Wilmslow restaurant has a lounge, bar, and also provides takeaway services. Run by husband and wife duo Steven and May Wakefield, the Chilli Banana brand has become a franchise, with the two other premises (Liverpool and Macclesfield) run by individual restaurant operators.
