Case Study: Helping with the sums for local accountants

We did a case study back in February about TaxAssist Accountants, a Yorkshire-based franchise operation that offers their accountancy skills specifically to small businesses and taxpayers needing help with their tax returns in the UK.

We’ve just offered some of our own IT finance assistance to one of their 220 branches with yet another finance package to cover IT hardware and software equipment to the tune of £7,086. This is what it cost to replace their older kit to make sure that they stay ahead of the game with technology, as well as improving their internal efficiencies. The customer benefited from liaising with a dedicated account manager who could offer prompt feedback, with the need for only basic information.

The equipment was supplied by Internet Computers UK, who were delighted with the way Johnson Reed were able to expertly assess the customer’s needs, and then arrange simple paperwork and quick turnaround. For their part, TaxAssist appreciated the way we could reduce their credit risk and improve their cash flow with prompt payment for the equipment that they needed.

And of course, we particularly enjoyed arranging this finance deal because, for once, we didn’t have to explain all the tax advantages to the customer.
