The Birmingham Metropole was the place to be on Thursday, 24th November, 2011 to be part of the Annual General Meeting of the NACFB, and Director General, Adam Tyler was proud to announce that the attendance was greater than expected, which resulted in the whole day being considered a huge success.

Adam Tyler said:

The Networking Lunch is always a very popular networking event for our members and patrons and this year was no exception…

The AGM was equally successful and gave me the opportunity to talk about the events and the plans for 2012. The coming year sees the association celebrate 20 years as the Trade Body representing all brokers involved with Commercial Finance, Asset Finance, Factoring, Vehicle Finance and Buy To Let. It will be a particular busy year doe the Association.

We have a huge amount planned for 2012 including, a full range.

The AGM was also the right opportunity to present the Association’s rebranding exercise…

Attendees gave most kindly to the chosen charity, Breast Cancer Care who benefitted by gaining a donation of £6,000. After the business was completed, the Awards Ceremony took centre stage with much anticipation and excitement.

The Awards presented included, Lessor of the Year 2011: ING Lease (UK) and Specialist Lender of the Year 2011: Aldermore, both of whom are part of the Johnson Reed Panel.
