Liverpool: famous for The Beatles, The Liver Building, and Scousers. But now Liverpool has something else to be known for: Paolo & Donato’s Restaurant.

Located in Williamson Square in Liverpool’s city centre, the new-start Italian cafe bar has found immediate success since first opening their doors selling quality sandwiches, pizzas, cakes, pastries and home-made ice cream. They are based in a fantastic location adjacent to Marks & Spencers, and have an enviable stream of customers since day one.

Run by Paolo and Donato Cillo, the pair already run an established award-winning Italian restaurant Il Forno. They approached us to supply £80,000 worth of catering equipment leasing for their new venture with a 36 month period of finance.

We were happy to help Paolo and Donato get their cafe bar up and running by providing the finance for their catering equipment. This large deal was done with our usual common-sense no-hassle approach, requiring no charge on their property, and only a basic amount of information required. We were able to finance a diverse range of equipment, and ensure they would receive it quickly. Our experience providing catering finance has meant we are specialists in this sector, and Johnson Reed have demonstrated they are a trusted advisor when it comes to sourcing catering equipment.

We are delighted to say we were able to source the finance for the catering equipment with our own money, as well as 4 lenders from our trusted panel. This means they could avoid going to their bank with the hoops they would have been required to jump through.

Working with an independent catering supplier based in the North West, the supplier was delighted with the services Johnson Reed provided and helped his cash flow by paying on time for the new equipment.
