Zeytin Grill is a popular Turkish restaurant located in Horsham ran by Ercan and Amy, who received the regional “Best kebab restaurant” award for the second year in a row at the British Kebab awards.
Now looking to expand the Zeytin brand, Ercan and Amy have recently opened a sit-down restaurant, to offer a unique dining experience serving seafood cuisine. They have also adapted the Zeytin name to fittingly call the new venture “Zeyfin Seafood restaurant”. Ercan and Amy spotted a gap in the market for a gourmet fish restaurant in the area which they have capitalised on, and if their recent soft launch evening is anything to go by, it seems to have been a real hit with the locals!
With everything going on at the moment in the economy, Ercan and Amy knew the importance of holding cash in their business when investing into this new venture. They were also looking to benefit from the tax-saving measures that acquiring a finance agreement can provide for a business. The influx of cash has enabled Zeyfin to complete a full fit out of the new site, whilst also securing a lease agreement for a frying range that will provide fundamental when preparing their food.
