Rush242 CrossFit CCXLII has been lifting lively and energetic new members since opening its doors in June 2023. We took a trip into Manchester to see the sensational Spinningfields site, just a stone’s throw from the City Centre.
Their open day last week saw classes instantly filled and a community spirit rippling across Spinningfields. Rush242’s team still put the potential new members through their paces, delivering inclusive classes for all abilities!
Rush242 provides an intimate, comprehensive and varied workout scalable for anyone, at any level. Under close supervision from qualified CrossFit coaches, goers will be guided throughout the whole fitness journey from teaching until cool down.
The innovative new space, specially designed and fitted by UK Supreme Fitness already has new members talking “We’ve already had new members comment on the new rig, we knew what we wanted to programme for members and because of the great communication throughout the process, they were able to provide that for us before we opened” Nikko explained.
