Johnson Reed’s driving dynamics. Mark has over 20 years’ experience within the finance and leasing industry, and created our trademark ‘Quirky Kit Finance’ to help businesses source funding for the equipment that traditional banks often neglect. His expertise crosses a range of sectors; there aren’t many he hasn't come across before, so you’re in safe hands. Outside of the office, or when Mark isn’t chasing his two daughters around, he is an avid gym-goer and dabbles in the occasional triathlon. However, the healthy lifestyle is often forgotten when visiting clients in the hospitality and catering sector!

Carol Seery

Operations Director

Carol has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, 14 of which with Johnson Reed. Her efficiency, organisation and keen eye for detail ensures that every last jot of administration is dealt with seamlessly whilst keeping the office running smoothly and the Johnson Reed team in check. Helpful hint: Make your payments on time! She didn’t get the nickname ‘friendly Rottweiler’ from nowhere, you know!

Jamie Collier

Self-confessed numbers geek. Sporting a degree from The University of Bath he fell into the finance game with a stint at Lloyds Bank before sliding into the leasing game when Johnson Reed were a trim team back in 2005. He now heads up our brilliant sales team and specialises in complex agreements and building bespoke sales programmes for key partners who manufacture and sell equipment in the UK. He combats the intensity of the finance world with his love of football, squash and snowboarding.

Adrian Barratt

Senior Account Manager

Adrian worked in the finance department of a logistics company before making the transition into the wonderful world of asset finance 12 years ago. Through his 10 years as a vital member of the Johnson Reed team, he’s become a fountain of knowledge for all things finance, leasing and gout. His home life is a heady mixture of food and drink, pushing pixels around on his PS4 and sport- as long as no physical participation is required, obviously. In his own words, 'It’s a hard life but someone has to live it!'

David Gadsden

National Catering Accounts Manager

David has worked in the finance sector for over thirty years, including a stint in advertising at Piccadilly Circus. He started out in 1976, working for Lloyds and Scottish Finance, and then with Leeds Leasing, later to become Bibby Leasing. David isn’t based in our Stockport office, so you’ll probably find him at catering and hospitality events and conferences. Don’t hesitate to pop over and say hello, he doesn’t bite! (We don’t think)

After Ian’s incredibly prosperous football career came to an end, he had to resort to his second dream career, and entered the leasing game with the team at Johnson Reed. Ian and David make up the troublesome duo that represent Johnson Reed at many catering events and conferences across the country. Although donning a tuxedo is a rare occurrence for Ian, several rumours have been circulating around the office that he could be the next Bond...

James Wells

James graduated from Edge Hill University with a degree in Law and Criminology before venturing into the world of asset and vehicle finance. He is a lively, friendly and energetic individual…after his third Red Bull of the morning, obviously. Specialising in surveying, IT and vehicle finance, he brings new strings to the Johnson Reed bow and has become an integral member of our rounded and specialist team. His remaining energy is poured into playing cricket for the Cheshire Cricket League and being a relentless chatterbox.

Alex Deacon

Probably your first point of contact when you get in touch with Johnson Reed, Alex is a bubbly, friendly individual that will handle all of your enquiries with a smile. She tackles most of the day to day admin, collaborating with account managers to ensure that all-important paperwork is in check- woe betide you should you fail to sign next to the red dot! In her downtime, you’ll find Alex with her nose in a book or selflessly tasting wine to ensure its suitable for consumption by others.

Lorraine Salins

Lorraine is the lovely lady that keeps everything ticking along nicely from a first point of enquiry through to end of lease. Having previously worked as a butcher, nurse, carer and in ice cream vans, chippys and pubs (to name just a few!) she has an invaluable insight into many of the sectors we operate in, and really understands each business’ needs. Lorraine is the office goddess that keeps the biscuit tin topped up and the kettle boiling, winding down in the evenings with her fitness fix, Zumba.

Lottie graduated from the University of Salford with a Journalism degree before venturing into new pastures and forming the bases of Johnson Reed’s marketing team. She looks after social media, case studies and more exciting projects in the pipeline. When Lottie’s not in the office or lecturing Jamie and Mark about the importance of social media, she loves to attend live gigs and festivals on the Manchester music scene.

Simeon Duffy

This is Sim. No, not Tim, not Jim. Sim. Like the sim card? Before joining us at Johnson Reed, Sim already had an Economics and Social Studies degree, and three years in business development under his belt. Fuelled by a diet consisting mostly of chips, peas and gravy, he is an enthusiastic and valuable addition to the sales team, burning off his remaining energy on the run home in impressive fluorescent attire.
